Skyfish YTD (Q3) 2026 Highlights
October 2026
2026 YTD AT A GLANCE
In 2026, Skyfish became a cleared federal supplier and set up its next stage of growth. Booked revenue reached $1.54M year to date, up about 54% from roughly $1M in 2025, led by repeat work and drones purchases for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
After a two-year effort working with both DIU (Defence Innovation Unit) and DCMA (Defence Contract Management Agency), the Osprey platform is now Blue UAS Cleared and Green UAS Certified. Skyfish also launched a product roadmap to make its platform smaller and cheaper, began turning its flight stack into a licensable product called Symbiant™, and began a strategic relationship with American Tower, which is positioned to lead the next financing round.

CUSTOMERS AND CERTIFICATIONS
DHS is now a repeat, referenceable customer. A follow-on contract confirmed Skyfish’s precision flight in federal field trials, and DHS is an open reference for other agencies evaluating the Skyfish platform. DHS was the main driver of 2026 revenue.
Blue UAS and Green UAS, both achieved. Blue UAS clearance, run by DCMA, required platform changes and a government sponsor. Green UAS certification, run by AUVSI, required a deep review of the platform including cybersecurity penetration testing. Together they let government customers buy from Skyfish directly. A GSA schedule listing is underway with an experienced contractor and is about six months out.
American Tower is moving toward a strategic relationship. ATC has shared its tower inspection use case, and Skyfish is designing a fully autonomous tower inspection drone around it. ATC’s requirements are a drone under $10K, fully autonomous flight software for towers, an on-premise Skyportal backend, and nest technology. Skyfish filed its first nest patent in 2015.
World’s first fully autonomous Tower flight. American Tower recently visited with the Skyfish team at their facility in Stevensville, Montana. ATC witnessed first-hand, the Skyfish technology platform use machine vision to locate, mark center of tower and then automatically create the necessary orbits and finally conduct a fully autonomous flight around a tower. Skyfish few approximately 15 orbits and took 500 pictures, flown perfectly and geotagged for easy 3D modelling -- all without human intervention.
PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY
Platform miniaturization. Skyfish is taking the same technology into smaller, lower-cost aircraft, each aimed at a DJI model that U.S. buyers can no longer use.
Aircaft: Osprey
Status: Shipping since May 2025
Weight: 15 lb
Price (w/o payload): $20K
Replaces: DJI Matrice 400
Aircaft: Grayling™
Status: Q1 2028
Weight: 5 lb
Price (w/o payload): $10K
Replaces: DJI Mavic 3
Symbiant™. The full Skyfish stack (flight controller, remote, chipset and Symbiant OS) is being packaged for other drone makers at $3,000 per license. It is positioned as the American alternative to Swiss-based Auterion, built on Skyfish’s own machine vision for infrastructure. Target performance includes 25% less operator time on site and sensing-to-guidance latency of 100 ms or less.
Skyportal paywall. Skyportal now accepts photos from any drone and turns them into 3D models, opening a software revenue stream beyond Skyfish aircraft.
US Army opportunity. Skyfish has recently submitted this video (link below) to US Army for consideration in several ARMY projects. Please do not forward this link as it is not meant for widespread distribution.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2027
The plan for 2027 is $10.6M in revenue, which depends on closing the current financing. The priorities are:
1. Close the round, with American Tower as strategic lead
2. Complete the GSA schedule listing so federal agencies can buy Skyfish more easily
3. Launch the Mini M6 in early 2027 and keep Grayling on track for late 2027
4. Add machine vision and obstacle avoidance across the platform, on the 2027 roadmap
5. Sign the first Symbiant licensees and grow paid Skyportal use
6. Hold the first quarterly meetings of the customer advisory board
