Executive Chairman

John Perry Bujouves provides strategic leadership across the firm's investment activities, governance, and long-term growth initiatives. With more than three decades of executive and board experience, he has built, acquired, financed, and advised businesses across financial services, healthcare, real estate, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors.

Prior to Globacor, John served as Chairman of Bayshore Bank & Trust, leading its growth into one of the Caribbean's largest privately owned banks before its successful sale to a European multinational financial institution. He also chaired Bayshore Asset Management and began his career with CIBC and Royal Trust International.

Throughout his career, John has combined institutional financial expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset. He has founded, acquired, and invested in businesses spanning investment management, trust and corporate services, commercial real estate, healthcare, and operating companies.

In addition to his corporate leadership, John serves in trusteeship and protector roles for several international family trusts, reflecting a longstanding commitment to fiduciary oversight, governance excellence, and the preservation of multi-generational wealth.

John has also served on numerous charitable and nonprofit boards, reflecting a longstanding commitment to community leadership and social impact. His approach is grounded in disciplined capital allocation, strong corporate governance, and long-term value creation. Whether advising companies, overseeing family capital, or supporting management teams, he brings strategic perspective, entrepreneurial thinking, and a collaborative leadership style to every organization he serves.

Paul LeBreux advises entrepreneurs, multi-generational families, and private capital investors on complex tax, estate, trust, and succession planning matters. Recognized as one of Canada's leading international tax practitioners, Paul combines deep technical expertise with decades of practical business experience to develop sophisticated wealth preservation strategies tailored to the needs of high-net-worth families and family offices.

His practice spans domestic and cross-border tax planning, estate and trust structures, corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and the preservation of family wealth across generations. Clients value Paul's ability to translate highly complex legal and tax issues into practical, commercially focused solutions.

Paul received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Throughout his career, Paul has been widely recognized as an authority in tax and estate planning. Early in his legal career, he co-authored Annotated Business Agreements and has since authored numerous legal and financial publications on domestic and international tax matters. He has been featured extensively in national media, appeared on television, and has been invited to speak at hundreds of conferences throughout North America and internationally.

Paul has also made significant contributions to legal education. He has served as an instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada, a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School, and a visiting professor at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

Prior to joining Globacor, Paul was a founding partner of a successful boutique Toronto law firm, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructurings, amalgamations, divestitures, and domestic and international tax, estate, and trust planning. Paul is licensed to practice law in Ontario, Alberta and Massachusetts.

Paul is a Past Chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and previously served as Chair of the STEP Technical Committee, reflecting his longstanding leadership within the tax, trust, and estate planning profession.
