As the Chairman of Globacor Capital, a flourishing boutique investment firm, John has an extremely successful track record for identifying promising enterprises. Most recently, John also served as the Chairman of the Bayshore Bank & Trust group of companies. Under John's stewardship, from the bank's inception in 1996, Bayshore Bank blossomed to one of the Caribbean's largest privately owned banks. In 2008, John led the successful sale of the Bank to a European multi-national conglomerate.  

Other notable board positions John has held include Global Options Group, a crisis management and security consulting firm to FORTUNE 1000 corporations and governments.  From 2005- 2008, Global Options successfully completed 9 acquisitions and was listed on NASDAQ until its sale in 2011.  The portfolio of companies John is currently involved with include Showcase Enterprises, a real-estate venture investor, Safe Storage Depot, DLK on Avenue, and Numeric Answers, a corporate accounting firm. John has also served St. Joseph's Health Center as their Foundation board member and is a past Chairman of the Ontario Arthritis Society.  

John's past experiences include managing CIBC's International Private Banking group in Canada and Managing Partner for Royal Trust International in the United States.

As one of Canada's pre-eminent international tax practitioners, Paul is the President of Globacor Tax Advisors, a Globacor Group company, specializing in 'Family Office' style wealth preservation and succession. Paul's extensive tax, estate and trust background combined with his business acumen and personal experiences have made him a highly sought advisor by numerous domestic and international corporations and high net worth private clients. Paul received his law degree from the University of Ottawa and his Master of Laws (Tax) from Osgoode Hall Law School. 

Paul co-authored, Annotated Business Agreements during his first year in private practice and has since authored numerous national and international legal and financial papers and has appeared extensively in numerous publications and television appearances and has been invited to speak at 100's of conferences all over the world. Paul is a Past Instructor, Law Society of Upper Canada, Guest Lecturer, Osgoode Hall Law School and a past visiting Professor, University of Ottawa Law School.

Prior to joining Globacor, Paul was a founding partner of the Toronto law firm Harris & Harris where his legal practice included, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, corporate reorganizations, restructurings, amalgamations, wind-ups and divestitures and domestic and international tax, estate and trust planning. Paul is also a Past-Chair of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Past Chair of the STEP Technical Committee.

Dr. Kellett is a board-certified dermatologist in both Canada and the United States who specializes in surgical, medical, laser and cosmetic dermatology. 

Dr Kellett is regularly retained by pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing corporations to advise on the efficacy and protocols on next generation products and services in the cosmetic dermatology industry. 

As a highly respected and sought after media personality in the area of cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Kellett is a frequent guest expert on television and is frequently quoted in print and internet media channels in an effort to teach and educate the public on dermatologic issues including the prevention of skin cancer. 

Dr. Kellett is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada, a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a member of the Canadian Dermatology Association, the Canadian Laser Aesthetic Surgery Society, and the Toronto Dermatological Society. A graduate of the University of Toronto's Medical School, Dr. Lisa Kellett received training in Internal Medicine and specialized in Dermatology. She has acted as President of the Canadian Laser Aesthetic Specialists Society and as a director of the Canadian Society of Dermatologic Surgery.

Carlyn is Globacor’s digital media marketing professional specializing in analyzing user data to create effective digital activations for targeted demographics. With a Psychology and Communications degree from McGill University and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Marketing and Social Media at USC, Carlyn brings a strong academic background to her work. 

She has collaborated with prominent media and entertainment companies, including Gamelancer, where she empowers digital creators through high-quality UGC and explores digital innovation. Carlyn's data-driven approach and passion for staying at the forefront of digital trends make her a valuable asset in enhancing brand presence.

As Globacor’s Vice President of Operations, George works to direct, coordinate, and oversee the organization's operations activities.  By developing and implementing efficient operations and cost-effective systems, George ensures the current and future needs of the Globacor Capital are met. 

George graduated from University Western Ontario with a Bachelors Degree, specializing in English and Mass Media and received a post-graduate diploma in Internet Management. 

As Globacor’s Business Analyst, PJ is responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to maximize opportunities for our group of companies.  

PJ recently graduated from University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College in Indiana with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Management and Organization.  While there, PJ represented the College playing NCAA Division 1 soccer and winning an ACC Championship.  Prior to that, PJ graduated from Upper Canada College as a Lang Scholar and three sport athlete.
